The design process is relatively easy for both new design orders and re-orders with designs currently kept on file.
New Design Orders
- An initial phone conversation will assist in providing you with requirements, suggestions and answer any questions you have.
- Select your order quantity and an invoice will be mailed or emailed for payment. All orders must be pre-paid before work begins.
- Email or mail the text content you require on your card, such as your business name, address, contact information, etc. For double sided cards, specify what content goes on the front and what goes on the back.
- Email photo files you require on your card. You can mail photos to be scanned and they will be mailed back to you.
- If you have an existing logo or graphics, email the files in the correct file format, or you can mail your letterhead so that it can be easily scanned.
- Once your payment and all content has been received, the design process will begin.
- Depending on the current workload and the client's cooperation to deliver content and communication replies in a timely manner, up to 4 mock-up card designs will be available for you to preview within 5 to 7 business days.
- You will receive an email notification with a user name, password and the login link to the client list to view the mock-ups. Approve a design or request an additional modification on a design to preview.
- After you approve the final design, your order will be immediately placed with the professional print company I use.
- The standard print shop turn-around time from printing, shipping and receiving your cards is up to 10 business days.
Re-Orders with Designs Kept on File
- Simply call or email to specify your card quantity.
- You will receive an invoice with the total amount to submit your payment.
- You can pay your invoice with a credit card (credit cards accepted online only at this time), or you can mail a check payment.
- Once your payment has been received, your cards will be ordered.
