PHONE CONSULTATION:

I want to hear your thoughts and ideas to incorporate into your new or re-designed website. An initial phone conversation will assist in providing you with requirements or suggestions and answer any questions you have.

COMPLETE THE DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE:

If any of the pre-purchase packages listed on the rates web page does not fit your needs, start gathering information that will be utilized to prepare a custom quote. Such information may include the colors you choose for your site, the number of web pages and photos, a domain name (www.yourname.com), website hosting, business cards, etc. Once you have gathered all your information, complete and submit the design questionnaire.

ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

For custom packages, you will receive an estimate and once approved, will be given a detailed contract to be signed by both parties. Upon signing the contract, the client will need to provide a 50% non-refundable down payment, along with content information used to start the service agreed upon.

DESIGN MOCK-UP:

A mock-up of the site will be in a secure directory where the client will receive a login password to view the work in progress. You will review the first draft and provide feedback for design approval. Once approved, it will start to take shape and we will work closely together to fine tune and complete your site. The project completion will depend on the current work load along with the client's cooperation to deliver content and communication replies in a timely manner.

TESTING AND FINAL PAYMENT:

Before going live, your site will be tested in a level of web browsers, code validated and links checked. Your final payment will be due at this time.

GOING LIVE AND SITE MAINTENANCE:

Once your final payment has been received, your site will be uploaded to the web host, live to the public. The site can then be maintained by you, the client or by Silveria Design Studio.
